Questions and corrections
What we can help with
We can explain what a page means, point you to the section covering your question, and take corrections or updates to our content. Questions about label reading, formats, and general supplement categories are all fair game.
We cannot assess your personal situation or tell you what to take, and we will say so plainly if a question needs someone who knows your circumstances.
Read the supplements guide
- Page explanations What an ingredient line, a serving note, or a format description means on the page you were reading.
- Corrections Tell us the page and the specific line. Corrections that hold up get applied directly to the page.
- Topic requests Reader questions shape upcoming pages on energy and endurance supplements and healthy lifestyle products.
How to write a useful note
Send a message
Write to [email protected] with your question. A short note works better than a long one: tell us the page you were reading and what was unclear.
If you are asking about a specific product label, describe the ingredient list rather than naming a brand, since we do not review or rank brands. We read every message and reply individually.
Write to the editorial desk
Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Your note reaches the content team only.
By telephone
Call us during office hours
Our phone answers on working days between 09:00 and 18:00 Surabaya time. If you reach voicemail, leave a number and a short description of the question.
Before you call
- Have the page title or URL ready so we can open the same text.
- Mention the ingredient list rather than a brand name.
- Note the time you called if you left a voicemail.
Editorial office
Visit the office
It is an editorial office, not a retail counter, so there is nothing to buy on site. If you would like to discuss site content in person, arrange a time by email first so someone is available.
- Address
- Jl. Basuki Rahmat No. 129, Embong Kaliasin, Genteng, Surabaya, Jawa Timur 60271
- Hours
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 WIB. Closed on public holidays, and messages arriving outside these hours are read on the next working day.
- Phone
- +62 31 534 9585
- [email protected]
The office sits along Jl. Basuki Rahmat in central Surabaya, within walking distance of the Embong Kaliasin area. Coming by motorbike or car is easiest outside the morning and late-afternoon peak; there is no public parking bay reserved for visitors, so plan a short walk from the nearest public parking. Please confirm your visit by email beforehand, since the desk may be away from the office during delivery or editorial trips.

Corrections and requests
Corrections and content requests
If something on the site is inaccurate or out of date, tell us the page and the specific line. Corrections that hold up are applied directly to the page. Reader questions also shape upcoming topics, and a few of our current pages exist because the same question arrived more than once.
Correction
Send the exact line
Quote the sentence and the page title. We check it against the ingredient and format notes the page was built from, then update the text or explain why it stays.
Topic request
Ask for a page
Tell us what you could not find: a comparison of capsule and powder formats, a plain-language breakdown of a mineral, or everyday routine ideas. Recurring requests get written up.
Hand-off
When we hand off
If your question depends on your own circumstances, we will say so and point you to someone qualified rather than guess. We would rather answer honestly than answer quickly.
Your message
What happens after you write
Your message reaches the editorial team, not a sales queue. We reply with an answer, a pointer to the right page, or an honest note that the question needs a qualified professional. Nothing you send is passed to supplement sellers, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Not sure where to start?
If you would rather read before writing, the guide explains how we describe formats, ingredient lists and daily routines across the site.
Before you write
Questions visitors ask most
Can you tell me what I should take each day?
No. We write about what supplement categories are and how labels usually read, but advice for your own situation belongs with someone who knows it. If your question reaches that point, we will say so instead of guessing.
Do you sell anything or take orders by phone?
No. This is an informational site, and the office is a writing and editorial desk. The phone number is for questions about the content you read here, not for orders or stock checks.
Will you review a brand I use?
We do not review, rank or compare brands. What we can do is explain how to read an ingredient list, what a serving note usually describes, and which general category a product belongs to, so you can decide what to look at next.
I sent a message and have not heard back. What now?
Give it a few working days, then reply to your own email so the thread arrives together. Response times stretch around public holidays, and resending the page title and your question helps us find the note faster.
Can I use your text somewhere else?
Write to us with what you would like to use and where. Short quotations with a link back are usually fine; copying a page in full is not. Our terms and privacy pages explain the rest of the house rules in plain language.
Still have a question
Write to the desk, or keep reading
One short email reaches a person who can answer it or point you to the right page. If the answer is already written down, the guide pages below are the fastest route.
